Great episode, and he made the right choice with those two. Spending hours stocking shelves when you should have been marketing was a big mistake.

I guess Lee is going to be on everyones side until the end huh? I love how he says that he is not picking sides and yet he talks to all 3 of his teammates to say that he is on their side. Lee will never make it to the end as im sure Trump watches the tapes and sees what he is doing. For now hes entertraining at least.

Lee's plan was brilliant, as usual: let Charmaine and Tarek scream at each other.

His execution was less than perfect, however. He tried to straddle the fence, in case Charmaine didn't get fired. When asked by The Donald, he should have just said that Charmaine didn't do a good job, and based on that, should be fired.

I disagree that Lee can't make it to the end. He has been outstanding in almost every task, and when his team loses, it is usually because his PM ignores his ideas.

Remember Charmaine, it's always a marketing task.

It seemed like Trump took the easy way out and instead of figuring out who should be fired, fired them both.
