I had this same thing happen about 3 weeks ago. I use Moodlogic for my music and that was still there but I lost all connection to my photos. I checked the PC that housed them and everything was OK there and my TiVo Desktop software appeared to be running as normal. Thing is, I did a couple different things without checking after each one to see if the problem was corrected. I then rebooted everything (PC, TiVo, Router, and DSL Modem) and the phots returned. So, try disabling your firewall if you have one, uninstalling and reinstalling the TiVo Desktop software, and once you do that, open it, click on "server" and then "start/resume" to make sure it's running, and then reboot all of the hardware (PC(s), TiVo, Router, and modem). I don't know if it mattered but I first powered up my modem, then my router, then my PCs and finally the TiVo DVR. When everything had been rebooted, voila! access to my photos had reappeared on my Now Playing menu.
