Toshiba TX20 without a phone line

I have had a TX20 Tivo with DVD recorder for about six months. It was hooked up to a phone line until 12/31 when we moved to a new location. It’s likely that we will NOT have a standard phone line at the new location. I do not need to use the Tivo program guide, the only recording I will be doing with the unit will be from outside sources through S-Video.

Will I run into any problems with this setup outside of the eventual phone dial-in nag messages? Please be as specific as possible if you are aware of any other issues caused by not having a phone line.

Thanks in advance for any help that you can provide.

I still believe the Tivo needs to dial in to check for "active" subscription on the unit.
Any chance you have a network you can put the tivo on for its downloads?

I might be able to accomplish the networking. If I have a router for my Internet what other equipment do I need in order to set this up? Please be as specific as possible.
