Pioneer 810 With Sling Box

Does anyone use one of the Pioneer DVD recording TiVoes (or even Humax) with the Sling Box? I can't find the proper remote code. I'm using a standard TiVo remote, but it lacks the DVD buttons.

Thanks!
BK

I've been using the two together since July/August when the SlingBoxes came out. I use the standard Tivo Series 2 remote setup as I don't use the DVD functions through the slingbox.

I'm using a Humax TiVo remote (hoping to find one with DVD functions). It works, but no DVD. Weak. I would mostly just watch recorded programs, I'm sure, but I'd like to have the option.

Check out www.slingmedia.com.

A slingbox allows you to stream your home TV/Cable Signal over the internet to be watched on an internet connected PC no matter where you are in the world....the terms "place-shifting" and "location-shifting" has been applied to this capability much like VCRs and DVRs allow you to "time-shift".

Thank you, Reggers. Simple and well-worded explanation!
