I recently upgraded my hardware from the non high def box, to the above high def box. Works great, etc, etc, but I miss one KEY thing:
A "Now Playing" Menu that can be Folder Driven!
What comes instead is the old school menu that just shows ALL recordings, in order of recording. Combine that layout with the potential 300 hours of recordings & you have a menu that takes several minutes to navigate through.
I want my folders back so I can go to "Simpsons", find them all & play them!
Does anyone know of plans to remidy this? Even a legal hack (it is Linux).
Seems like an easy software side fix. & It would be HUGE improvement. This was a major "End User Experience" overlook on their part, but should be able to roll out at anytime, correct?
