HR10 250 Question

Hey guys got a question for you. I was thinking of getting the HR10-250 from BestBuy since I got a bunch of gift cards for christmas and my question is. Is this receiver able to pickup the satellite at 72.5 since thats where my locals are located.
I have a 1 more question I now have the R10 DVR and got the $100 rebate which said you had to have 1 yr comment Iwas thinking of cancelling the R10 once I get the HR10-250 was wondering if D-TV would penlize me for canceling the service on that receiver before the 1 yr was up?

D* doesn't care if you have a specific receiver connected, just that you have "a" receiver connected. Going to the HR10-250 will re-up your committment for two years. But you're then off the hook for the R10.

Was just wondering if the Huges HR10-250 and the Directv HR10-250 are the same unit. Was wondering if there are any difference between the two?

They are the same unit. Partway through the production, DirecTV took over the hardware from Hughes and changed the names.
