Videora Tivo convertor question

Anyone use this program? If so how come all the sudden I get this error when trying to convert the tivo files?

I hope this is the right place to post this couldn't find anywhere else that seemed right.

thanks
Also, does VideoRedo play tivo files? reason I say I'm wanting to remove commercials from my recordings but when I try and use videoRedo it seems are gibberish probably due to dmr(whatever its called)
