I inherited a series one philips tivo and have a directv rca receiver with a low speed data port on the back instead of a serial. does anybody know the proper wiring for these so I can make a control cable? I already have the ends I need, I tried to buy a control cable locally but couldn't, I see they are available online to buy but would rather make one and be done than wait for one. It would be a 1/8" stereo plug on the tivo end and a rj6 on the directv end. I've searched everywhere for the information and couldn't find it. Thanks in advance...
