R-10 Picture Quality?

Just got and R-10 to replace my HDVR2. The picture on the R10 is not as good. There are a lot of artifacts around any motion on all the channels has anybody else noticed this??

I think the picture quality on my R-10 is great.

You may want to send it back. We've had no noticable difference between HDVR2 and R-10.

I'd say you have a defective unit. You shouldn't see any differences.

Thanks for the replys! I bought it thru weaknees and I have sent them and email. They said to reboot the unit. We see what happens after that, I am sure they will take it back seems like a good place. Thanks again
