Phone to Network Connection

Hello everyone,

I'm new to tivo community, pass couple day I've been browsering & reading other people post, about my solution.

I've a Philips DTV DVR/s704/R17, Here is my question

I have a linksys Wireless USB Network Adapter (WUSB11) I plugged in 1 of the USB port & rebooted the tivo sytem, to see if it recongize it, No luck here. plus I read it somewhere on tivo community form to change from phone to network. I dont even have that option. in my Tivo box...... Is there to way fix this problem.

Can some one help me.....plz.

DirectTV Tivos do not have the option for networking unless you want to hack them... I believe I am right saying this.

In other words. You don't have a problem, because it isn't an option with any DirecTV DVR.

I think we need an FAQ to answer many of these questions that keep popping up now and then about DirecTV DVRs with TiVo.
