At midnight here, local CW always does a marathon of The Honeymooners. I usually watch some of that.

AntennaTV for those that can get it will alternate between Burns and Allen and Jack Benny all day today then show the 3 Stooges all day tomorrow.

Wish CBS would do a "Person of Interest" marathon -- or at least put it in OnDemand.

And you can edit it again. It's actually on CBS.

I'm sticking to the Tournament of Roses Parade and college football. I'm a traditionalist.

You're welcome. One of the nice things about owning a TiVo is not having to know what networks have which shows.

One of the many things I loved about The Honeymooners and The Odd Couple is that they cast the same actors over and over again for the non-regular roles.

They didn't foresee IMBD or DVRs, so they never thought anyone would notice.

I think I Love Lucy used to do this too.

I watched a little of both those marathons, but mostly I watched some Mad Men on Netflix and The Rose Bowl.

It's been known to happen on occasion. When I first got my Tivo way back when (2003), back when I didn't know what adverse effects recording things like "M*A*S*H" on every channel did, I set an autorecording for Twilight Zone. TNT out of the blue did a marathon of the New Twilight Zone one day, about 5 or 6 episodes. I thought that maybe they had picked up the entire series, but nope. It was weird. Wish they'd do that again.

You should just rent the DVDs. You know (almost) all of these reruns are way hacked up and you're missing MANY minutes of each show, right?

ONCE in a while, SciFi seems to show these marathons in ~37 minute chunks, so I HOPE they're showing uncut episodes, and not _only_ showing more commercials.

(E.g. original Trek episodes were about 51 minutes long.. Nowadays shows are about 42.5-43.5 minutes long… on the network.. cable shows possibly less.)
