For some reason, I can receive all the other channels, locals, HBO, etc. on my 1 month old Premier XL4, but all of a sudden just get a blank screen when tuning to the cooking channel, 747. Reset by me and comcast has had no effect.
There is a form on the Tivo website where you can report missing channels. Or you can call them and they will do it. I've had this issue before and Tivo seems to be really good about straightening it out.
