I think it's all part of a long term plan.

Get the city council to ok it, get Pope on as an investor, then do something to get Pope out of the picture thus losing the Charming Heights money and possibly get Mayor McCheese out of the way in the process.

I don't know what was more disturbing - Walton in that role, or Tig's reactions? Screw it - that whole thing was disturbing!

I know I'm probably missing something fairly obvious, but I thought the Sons were pretty much opposed to the whole Charming Heights thing? Is the end to Jax's means worth it to help it go through now, or what am I missing?

For some reason, all I have is questions after this ep - is Clay behind ALL of the home invasions, or did he take advantage of them happening to mess with Gemma and get to Unser? I don't know if I'm just totally confused or if Clay's going off the rails and I'm just not following.

I think Walton's performance was just too much for me and my head's all screwed up now.
Seeing as how she was already outed for "playing both sides of the fence" in ep 1 one can assume so...

The most obvious thing is that upper class poontang and upper class housing residents certainly should complement each other qute nicely. Charming Heights was a percieved, and likely certain, hindrance to Clay's illegal gun running business plan. The Tellers' mindset, both living and dead, on that way to earn should be quite clear for many seasons/years now. (not to mention the coke muling stuff added on top of it now.)

I think it's pretty clear Clay is behind the last two home invasions. Now whether he was behind the first two, or just saw a chance to further his agenda by copy catting is the real question.

Goggins, Sutter, and everyone else involved in making those scenes happen, knocked it out of the park. In a light hearted way this time thankfully.

Every time I even think about that, I feel dirty. They looked so real, I want to know what they felt like.

This. Jax wants to go 'legit' and making money via high class escort service and probably skimming off the top on contracts to build Charming Heights would be a great avenue for the club. Not sure what Clay's ultimate motivations are for the home invasions other than to bring heat on Jax.

Jax's expression after Venus kissed him...lolz...Groggins is recovering from back problems atm.

I think that was more Charlie Hunnam's reaction. That kiss wasn't in the script.

maybe if the sons could help out with our real govt we could get something good passed at last..their methods sure are effective...this show again proves it's not safe to eat things others bring into the office

what was the penalty for the mayor if he didnt wanna go alone with the plan?

I think it was a matter of the guy the Sons targeted was one of the votes against the mayor's plan, and it wasn't likely to pass. By not going along, his vote would have stayed the same and likely result in a loss for the mayor (I think).
