I think all of those people are forgetting that Mad Men isn't an M. Night Shyamalan movie.

Exactly. It was an interesting read, but I think Mad Men viewers would be HIGHLY disappointed if there were any truth to Megan being dead. I've seen Sixth Sense. I don't need to see it again via Mad Men.

Any truth to Megan being dead now, or dying in this season?

There is precedence for Don "sensing" someone he is close to dying before being formally told. And it is pretty obvious that they are trying to foreshadow that Megan is going to die this season.

I sure hope they don't go that route. Don is clearly conflicted about his marriage to Megan. Sometimes he seems bored with it, sometimes he seems like that's the only place he can find peace. Megan clearly loves him and wants to make it work. So I think it would be far too easy and convenient for Megan to die as a way for Don to get out of this marriage that is problematic for him. Don doesn't deserve to get off convenient and easy.
