Red Widow OAD 3/3/13 S1 eps 1 and 2 Pilot, The Contact

Haven't decided if I'm going to keep watching this. From the previews (at least the ones I saw) I did not realize it was going to be about the Russian Mob and drug smuggling. Those topics don't usually interest me. That husband sure was good looking and the actor who played him seemed to be a big enough star to be worth more than one episode. I'm sticking with it for at least one more week.

He is a big enough star, that's why he's the lead on his own show, Hell on Wheels.

I was sorry to see the hot husband go, but the bad guy is even better looking.

I liked it, although it isn't my favorite type of show either.

What I was trying to say is that since he is a big star, I found it hard to believe he would be hired for only one episode of this show. Usually that means either the character is not really dead or will be appearing in flashbacks.

Eh. Much hotter with the long hair, IMO.

Actually it's not about the Russian mob, the family name Walraven is Dutch...

Granted, her father is Russian but she was told by Schiller (which is a German name) to leave her father out of it...

Just see him as a guest star since I am quite sure he is really dead

It didn't *completely* bore me, but I won't continue watching. As a contrast, I liked Golden Boy enough to keep watching, even though I'm sort of actively trying to not pick up new shows (record too many already).

I kind of liked it, but based on the ratings it will be gone soon like almost every new network drama lately.

I really wanted to like it, but didn't even get halfway through the first episode before deleting it.

I don't normally get bored so quickly with a show, but I couldn't get past the fact that one minute she was willing to run away from the life they had, but once her husband is killed and she really needs help, she’s unwilling to take that chance to give the FBI what they wanted and ask for help in return?

Oh, and I lost interest after the long-haired hottie died, too.

Anyone still watching? Not my normal type of show but I'm liking it. Well, except for this past weeks show where the daughter was kidnapped. Seemed like a complete filler episode.
