Question Need help with delete shows

My dad accidentally delete a bunch of shows all at the same time. He did it one by one if that makes a difference. I was able to recover some of them but when I tried to recover more I just get a blue circle and nothing happens. Same thing happens If I remote connect to TiVo and go to recently delete folder. What does this mean and can I still recover the many shows that is sitting in the recently deleted folder? Thanks

you mean the spinning gear? Are you sure your network connection is fine?

If it 'waits' a while, maybe there's a slight problem (sort of like how sometimes shows get STUCK in the recently deleted and can't be permanently deleted).

Try rebooting, that won't remove anything in Recently Deleted.

Yes the spinning circle it's there for like 15 seconds then it goes away. i'm going to reboot it to see if that fixes everything. internet connection works fine even though that should matter. I have to wait till it stops recording but i'll let you know if that fixes everything.

I did that and the problem was there wasn't enough room to recover the shows. there should be though so i'm still a little confused.
