Odd Behavior!

I have 3 Premiere XL's and one of them wouldn't come out of standby on Sunday morning. I tried pushing the "TiVo" and "Now Playing" buttons several times, but nothing!

I thought that it had crashed, but then tried to access its recordings from another XL on my network. It was still listed on the other DVR and when I clicked on the folder, the program list came up. Within 10-15 seconds, the non-responding TiVo sprang to life and behaved normally after that!!

Anyone else ever have a similar experience?

This happens sometimes. Another thing you can do is use the iOS/Android app touch screen remote controls (like the TiVo button). Sometimes that will bring the box back to life pretty quickly when the physical remote control fails to control the box.
