Only it doesn't include a switch. For the same price or less as the TiVo wireless N adapter, you can get a wireless bridge that can be used with the TiVo as well as other devices.
As long as your wireless network is implemented properly, with a decent wireless bridge you can have identical speeds to when the TiVo is connected to the wired network. This is the case with my Dlink wireless Bridges.
