Is it still bringing in that much in ratings that they can't just put the thing down?

Maybe Jake will get out of the Army, get a job at "a Pizza Place" and start "Dating My Teenage Daughter".

Yes.
It does very well following the Big Bang Theory.

I agree. It's been funnier than a lot of the other comedies I watch regularly.

I haven't considered Jake a regular this season - he's been dropped from a few episodes this year. For some reason I thought that Kutcher was making $1 million per. Not that $700K is anything to sneeze at.

I gave up watching the show after Sheen left. I never could get into Kutcher being in it. As for the son, I think we all saw this coming after he went off the deep end last summer when he bad mouthed the show. I think he ruined any chance he had of staying in TV. I hope he was saving some of the money they were paying him.

It is weird because Jake was only in a couple episodes, (where he got the hook up with miley cyrus and jaime pressley), so it is not like he was even part of the show this year.

Alan's mom has not been on the show much either I guess has she?

I miss Alans' mom and Judith. Judith is definitely the sexist body on that show even though she is so negative.
I loved it when Alans' mom was exposed as the head of the local witches group and when she had her boys dressed up as blue flying monkeys from the Wizard Of Oz.

I am not sad Jake is not on as much. His lines aren't that good.

+1 Jake has not been funny for years. As a young kid acting stupid he was funny. As grown up doing it he is kinda sad.

This is so true.

I wonder if Jake will get hit by a train like Charlie?

Judith isn't even Allen's sexiest hookup on the show.

I don't regularly watch the show but have watched a few this season. I think Kutcher is doing fine as Sheen's replacement.

I wonder if they'll bring on another kid to keep the title relavent.

I think they can stick with the "Jake is in the army" story to explain his continued absence. No replacement needed. And use him once or twice if they want.

He's not needed at all for 99% of ongoing plot lines.

I would like to see more Herb, he's a great addition to the team.

From the press release:

Quote:
Currently in its 10th season, Two and a Half Men has improved its new Thursday (8:30-9:00 PM) time period by +30% in viewers (13.79m), by +21% in adults 18-49 (4.1/12) and by +22% in adults 25-54 (5.5/14).

Among all primetime comedies, Two and a Half Men ranks second in viewers and third among adults 18-49 and adults 25-54.
In other words: Yes.

I loved Kutcher in 'That 70s', but just as soon he fly to Paris and get run over by a train. He is just too pathetic and not funny.
Herb could win the lottery and buy Charlies' house from Kutchers' character heirs.

+1 Let's face it, the last few Sheen years were not all that great (more to the writing than the acting). Manny Quinn? Really?

Are they changing the name of the show to "Two Men"?

She's been too busy with her Ann Richards play. It was on the road for a while and is now on Broadway.
