Comcast Cablecard Woes
I had to call TiVo three times today...and spoke with Comcast on 4 different calls. Comcast kept insisting that my cablecard was paired...yet my Roamio disagreed. Finally, on the last call the Comcast technician "manually paired" it...and instantly I had a cable guide. HOWEVER...the premium channels are not coming through...they show up on the guide, but don't play.
So, they're sending out a repair guy this afternoon to look into it.
This process really sould be simpler.
