I recently bought a new desktop computer running Windows 7. I repurchased from TiVo, TiVo Desktop 2.8.3 and installed it on the new desktop computer. Now, several times a day, the error message, shown in that attached word document, appears and the TiVo Server stops working and I am unable to download shows from my TiVo boxes.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled TiVo Desktop 2.8.3 several times and it does not solve the issue.
I did not have this issue with my older Windows 7 desktop PC running an earlier version of TiVo Desktop.
Please help me to figure out how to resolve this.
