Is anyone else's front panel loose?

Is anyone else's plastic front panel loose? Mine is solidly attached on the left side, but on the right side, it's visibly more separated from the metal chassis (by about 1/8") and it's loose when I press in on it. I'm contemplating exchanging it under warranty, but that's somewhat pointless if they're all like that.

Thanks rgr, I appreciate your response.

I popped the cover off this morning and was "pleased" to find that in addition to the usual snap-tabs, there is a T10 screw (same as the cover) on each side of the front plastic panel holding it tight to the metal chassis. On my unit, the right-side screw was not screwed in all the way. I tightened it and now it's solid!

Good to hear. Also somewhat pleased that TiVo has screws in addition to the snap-tabs. So many manufacturers would be happy with only the snap-tabs these days.
