The Crazy One's 10-10-2013 *Spoilers*

There was one scene in the bloopers section at the end of the show.

Robin Williams: Where did you learn the Dukes of Hazard stuff?

Sarah Michelle Gellar: Sunnydale...and walks away.

I hope this show is doing well. I'm really liking it. Of course, I like Robin Williams anyway. I really like the cute guy (guy who plays Bob Benson on Mad Men) and I have been a real fan of Hamish Linklater since the 'Old Christine' show with JLDreyfus. I think, as an ensemble, they are good/funny.

I like the show. The bloopers at the end are a nice touch.

I like it too. I'm a RW fan as well, but I don't think he's been over the top with his riffs. I think it's very well written and the two ad men besides Williams and Geller are really good and the actors seem to work well together. I even see some Sorkinesque writing here. This is one of my fav new sitcoms. Seems to be doing well ratings wise so I think it will stick around for a bit.

this show is one of four new shows that i've kept as an sp, and one of the most enjoyable comedies for me in a while - fingers crossed it survives. i love the outtakes at the end, too.

Ahhhh, ok. I figured it had something to do with that show. I never watched it, so the joke went over my head.

Though I actually had a question about the other part of the joke (which WAS mentioned during the main ep).. I guess I was only partially paying attention. Did she jump out of the window of a car, or slide across the hood? (i.e. what was the Dukes of Hazzard reference?)

The fronts of both cars were touching, so she essentially slid across the hood, like her car was The General Lee!

And her driving still hasn't improved.

Robin and Sarah do play well off of each other.

I love the looks she gives him when he goes off on his rants. It's like she's doing her best to contain herself.

I laughed quite a bit at the Sunnydale reference. I was glad to see it there. I'm glad to see SMG be able to get a job and move on from Buffy. When you are in a role like that, it's very easy to become defined by it and not be able to be convincing in another role, as that role always sticks in people's minds.

I loved the Sunnydale shout out. That alone was enough to convince me to keep the SP.

She was in another series a couple of years ago on Fox, Ringer, which I enjoyed.

You're right, the CW. I watch so little on the CW that I had forgotten. I did enjoy that one though.

Really? Four days and not a single "The Crazy One's what?"?

Slackers.

Nah, it was very clear that the Crazy One possessed October 10th. Grammatically it was fine.
(Not the name of the show; but grammatically fine)
