Tivo Service problems

One of my boxes is reporting a C133 service issue and fails Internet connection tests at negotiating. (N17), but passes port tests and Netflix works. Another box passed the Internet connection test, but failed a service connection over night and again 2 times this morning (config failed first time, negotiating 2nd time).

It looks like a TiVo service problem. Anyone else having issues?

I do. Been reported in multiple threads. Roamio is hardwired, so is my premiere but it affects only the Roamio. Apps and streaming work but no banner. Suppose to be related to 'green' switch or router.
