I had an existing SP for it that's working just fine. But I had an issue like that last season when ABC's Body of Proof returned. Somehow the SP I already had only got the season premiere, which was the first of two parts, then skipped a couple weeks before I noticed it. All subsequent attempts didn't create a new one. Adding a thumb to episodes would often result in later episodes showing no thumb. I never called customer service, but I long suspected that maybe the data relating to that show was somehow damaged.
