If Wil was a lawyer and prosecutor where did he get the journalistic drive from? He minored in journalism?

The legal correspondent thing is definitely new though.
I just watched the whole series in the last several days. You are correct on both counts.

I disagree with this part of your post. When she says, "I need to reevaluate my life," I took it to mean that she was now going relive all the times she's been sent to VM to see how many went there after two rings. She's always been portrayed as socially awkward, so I think it's a lot more likely people are avoiding her than the other way around.*

*Yes, I know that in real life, someone that looks like her would be fending men off with a stick, regardless of how socially inept she is. But on the show, we've never seen even the slightest hint of anyone being interested in her, or her being interested in anyone else. Even unintentional flirt she had with Don was super awkward and he seemed to have zero interest.

How did I not realize until now that Alison Pill was in Scott Pilgrim.

I didn't put it together either. She looked much better in that movie.

I just saw her as the daughter who wanted to drive in Steve Carells movie Dan in real life.

For all those sick of the Maggie/Jim (non)relationship. Aren't they already laying in the groundwork for Maggie's ex to start dating the Olivia character?

Maybe but I'm already sick of that romance too and it hasn't even really started yet.

Because his girlfriend Lisa is obsessed with the show so he was trying to learn a out it to be able to talk about it with her.
