Note to self: updating

If I'm going to wait over 90 days to call in for an update, do it at a time when I don't need to use the home phone. This has gone on way too long today when
I should be doing other things.
I can't depend on the call being successful without watching it because our phone lines are old
& even with changing the codes, call still get interrupted by noise on the line.

What TiVo do you have? None of the DirecTV TiVos use the phone line for updating.

You won't get any software updates for the SAT-T60 Series1 DirecTivo anymore. What model is your Hughes Tivo? What software version does it currently have?

Hughes is SD-DVR40 running 6.4a-01-2-151
I know they are dinosaurs but they still work great. My old TV isn't HD so if it goes out, I may upgrade then.

You have the latest software version on your Hughes Series2 DirecTivo. Doubt there will ever be anything newer.
