I just re-watched part of it, and it is one huge party they throw in each town.

The price is $15-$20 per kid (or as they say 'a movie and popcorn')

I can see why they don't make any money.

I don't see how they can't make money factoring in the sponsorship

They do make the profit from the sponsors, the tickets/gate covers the expenses, but the sharks didn't like that business model.

The sharks didn't understand the model IMO, instead of calling it sponsorship revenue they should have called it advertising revenue.

No they understood it, they just think its an unreliable revenue stream. One of them commented why do you need a shark just get more sponsors.

I think the sharks mostly didn't trust them because they kept saying it was very easy to get sponsors. But if it were, why didn't they have more and why did they need a shark to begin with? And if the sponsor goes away then they're stuck with a losing proposition.

i wonder what the real cost is of getting rid of the 'adult' cooties in those nightclubs before the kids come...they cant really mean 'top down' cleaning

Not expensive at all.

I will pay $15 per kid to go let them jump on a trampoline at SkyZone for an hour.
