Dead Hard Drive in Premiere

I have a Tivo Premiere TCD746320 and the hard drive is completely dead. I've been doing some research as to how to repair it but everything I've found so far is basically copying an existing drive and InstantCake doesn't have software for my model. I have a bunch of hard drives that I could put in it if I could find an image or software for it and really don't want to pay $100-200 for a replacement drive just because it has the software knowing that the hard drives I have would work.

Thanks in advance for any help here and my apologies if this issue has been addressed somewhere else in the forum and I've missed it.

Sorry, but copying a working Premiere drive is currently the only known method. Where do you live? Maybe one of the folks here are close enough to help out.

There is a possible alternate solution. See this post.

You can probably buy a drive on ebay cheap or a whole Tivo for less than $50.
