After what was probably a power failure, my Tivo can't connect to the service nor to Netflix. however, scheduled programs are being recorded OK.
Help please.

Have you tried anything. First up is to reboot it and reboot your router.

Did you have that N33 error this morning? I had that on my bdrm Tivo early this morning and everything I needed to do (watch tv, watch recordings, access living rm Tivo, etc) was fine. It was some weird error that was about downloading and also connecting to service.
I just let it go and went back in there a couple of hours later and everything was fine again. I decided to wait before doing all the restart, restart adapter, etc, stuff. When I checked on it I also checked the VCM connections and that was back on track also.

Program Unavailable message
My TiVo Premier now pops up a grey scale screen informaing the program is "temporarily" unavailable. Of course this applies to everything I try to watch whether in Queue, search, recently viewed etc.
It was good and then simply poof not working Tuesday night (7/30/12).
My Roku(s) all work perfectly on the exact same network of course. Infact I have one of them on the same TV different HDMI connection.
I have cycled power multiple time, deactivated/reactivated Netflix account, and cycled power to all the network devices.
Ideas or info?

If you are wired it may be a dead channel on the Switch/Router try a different output.

I am having the same problem. started about the same day as yours. So far Tivo and netflix support have been clueless. If you find a solution please post it, i will do the same.

TiVo premiere Netflix error message
I recently set up 3 TiVo premiere boxes and
I cannot connect to Netflix. I receive an error message..."an unexpected error has occurred....."
Receive same error message on all 3 boxes
I can connect to the other Internet services so
I do not think it is a network issue...
Contacted Netflix and followed their suggestions
(unplug router and modem etc) with no success
Contacted Netflix again and they said it is
A problem with TiVo!
Any suggestions?
Thanks

I just got a Premier XL4 and have this same exact issue. Network is fine. I can connect to other on demand services fine. Did you ever solve it?
Thanks
