My cable company / ISP gives me 2GB of web space. I should be able to host an RSS file from there. If that doesn't work I will try Microsoft's Skydrive. I'm going to give it a try and report back.
Was able to host a RSS file from my web space provided by the cable company and have a video play. I'm uploading a large video file to test the buffer. But while it's transferring I will look for a large video hosted somewhere online that I can use to test.
