Buy from 3rd party retailer and still get multi-service $399 PLS?

Is it possible for me to buy a new TiVo (am a current S2 PLS subscriber) from a 3rd party retailer, like electronics-expo, and still be able to activate it with the $399 PLS that TiVo says I qualify for?

I only ask because there are a few retailers that are discounting the $149 Tivo premiere (75hr model) by $30-$40 or so.

Yes, works fine. Just did it Tuesday with an Elite purchased from Woot. The online activation page knew that I qualified for the $399 price.

It doesn't matter where a Tivo comes from. If you found a Tivo (new or well used) in a pile of garbage you would get the lifetime or monthly MSD subscription rate as long as you qualify.
