Have you tried to go to the Wireless Network settings on the Tivo and just re-enter (or just go through) the settings?
Sometimes, the network settings get "out of sync" and refuses to connect and going through there "re-syncs" it. That's what I have to do every once in a while.
I recently changed wireless routers, the old one would "crash" every so often during transfers, which I have to reset the router, then "re-sync" the TiVos.
