I would think at the $299 price point(Plus $5 shipping) it will push alot of people who had been considering an Elite over the edge. Which is a heck of a deal. WIth MSD Lifetime and a 3 year extended warranty from TiVo that brings the price to around $740. That's a heck of a deal for a tiVo with four tuners considering that was around what the Premiere XL cost when it launched in 2010(with MSD lifetime(which was $200 on a launch box) and the extended warranty)
