The Office - Welcome Party - 4/12/12

Don't care if it was good or bad. Don't care or remember what it was about. Only one thing matters.

ERIN WAS SMOKIN' HOT tonight. She's never looked better. Amazing!!!!!!

Was it just my imagination, or did Erin get 1,000,000 % smarter this ep?

Her brain was bigger last night, but that's not the only thing that looked bigger.

What kind of party was the now ex girlfriend having? At first I thought it was a bridal shower.

She did! After they left the party and Erin was obviously being cool toward Andy, I was nearly positive it was because she really thought he was gay. That would be the normal Erin thing to do. I was surprised to see them take it a different direction.

I think it was just the tight t-shirt.

Wasn't it a bachelorette party for a friend of hers?

Tight t-shirt, plus seat belt, plus a good bra.

Oh, look. Jim and Pam protected the jerk boss/co-worker, because even though he/she is a pompous jerk, he/she is really just a damaged human being who really wants to be loved. I guess next episode Michael/Dwight/What'shername and Jim/Pam will move forward with a new understanding and a deepening friendship. Either that or they'll do the whole thing over again.

I think this show has just about lost me.

Nellie is terrible and I keep waiting for her to go away, but instead they write her more deeply into the episodes.

Erin/Andy has absolutely nothing to do with "The Office," but it feels like a half season worth of episodes has been devoted to this nonsense.

Twenty seconds of Creed really isn't enough to keep me around.

'The Office' falls to ratings low against 'Big Bang' repeat

I haven't watched since sometime in January.

I dunno.. Even though I realized while I watched it that I wasn't laughing much if at all.. it was still amusing, even somehow more than other shows that I have laughed more at -- i.e. this was more consistently amusing, even if not laugh out loud funny.

So don't stay around.

Erin and Andy are both employees at the office so it's pretty silly to say they have nothing to do with it. And though I didn't actually time anything, they didn't seem to spend more time with them than in the office & Nellie's apartment.

If you're talking about Erin & Andy's relationship, if "The Office" cut out all the relationship stuff from the show, all they'd have is people sitting at desks insulting each other and throwing pencils around. The show has always been about the relationships in the office, not the office itself.

Favorite line (from Erin): "I'm pretty tired... it must have been that turkey farm we passed back there."

When they they found the box of photos of one guy named after another guy, the thing that made me LOL was just the Dwight/Jim interaction. "But why would you..." "Shh!"

I don't know why. Just latched onto that one.

I liked the opening scene. I couldn't for the life of me remember if Stanley had a moustache. I think we all relate to that.

That was the best part of the whole episode.
