XML Error on Conflict
I sent an email to TiVo as well but I found a bug the other day using the new search to setup a season pass for "life". I actually had a few conflicts with other shows overlapping at the same time and no message was presented to me. Rather I got an XML error and no real explanation of what the problem was. I then went to regular search and added my season pass.
