Shows not in groups

Sometimes when I x-fer shows from 1 tivo to another they will not go into a group. They act like groups is off. I tried from my 3rd tivo to this one and same thing. I did a delete and clear everything and same thing.
If it then records that show normally, those shows will go into a group.
Anyone hear of this?

Pretty common.

One thread of many discussing the problem.

There was another thread where TivoPony discussed why it sometimes does this and how cannot be prevented. Having trouble finding it at the moment.

Edit: it was TivoJerry

go to your TiVo play list, press ENTER on your remote, and click YES to Group Folder.
