TWC - Digital Simulcast - What districts have it on Cablecard

Im trying to build a case to convince TWC Raleigh to enable cablecards to receive the Digital Simulcast instead of analog for channels 2-98.

What TWC districts receive their channels 2-98 digitally (i.e. you can check signal strength on low channels or dont get offered a quality option when setting up a recording)

Works fine for me with TWCNYC, but I upgraded from a digital cable box so my flag was set.

TWC Houston in my area is 100% digital.

TWC in the greater LA area is all digital, with my city having only limited basic available via analog.
