How to pictures in post

How do post a picture in your post?

The way I do it is to:
1. Attach the picture.
2. Add it to the message
3. Preview message.
4. Drag or copy the URL link of the picture to [ img ] {here} [ / img ].
To make it clickable, use [ url=http://... ] [ img] pic link [ /img] [ /url] (no spaces inside [ ] )
