I started off watching this show because of Maggie Q and thought it was just okay but by the end of last season, I thought it was pretty dang good.
So, just wondering if anyone is watching because I still think it's become a pretty good show and can't understand why it doesn't get any love here :-).

I don't think much of anything on the CW gets any love here.
The occasional Supernatural thread, maybe Vampire Diaries, but that's about it.

I watch it. I really like the show. Surprised it stuck around since it's so different than all the other stuff on CW. Was slow at the beginning of the first season, but by the end I was really enjoying it. Although I often thought they should call the show "Alex" since her character had a far larger role in the season than Nikita.
I've only watched the first two eps of the 2nd season. Haven't gotten around to the other two. Noticed that Nikita seemed more prominent. Don't really care; just an observation.

Nikita definitely has a bigger role this season and Alex a smaller role. I'm still watching. The show has taken a major turn this season. Interesting, the new alliances. I love the movies, the older USA La Femme Nikita, and this. Guess I like the genre. Maggie Q, Lyndsy Fonseca, and Melinda Clark are all easy on the eyes.
This and Vampire Diaries are the only CW shows I watch, although I do have every episode of The Secret Circle and The Ringer recorded. Not sure if I'll ever get around to watching them.

I thought it really got going towards the end of last year but has had the breaks put on huge this year. We are going to give it a couple more weeks but if it doesn't speed up here a little bit it will be gone from our SP.

I continue to think that Maggie Q is a drag on the show. Her acting is kind of wooden, except when she makes Nikita come across as totally obnoxious.
Lyndsay Fonseca is a much better actress, so in my view, her diminished role has not improved the show.
That said, I do kind of like the new alliances (Nikita, Michael, and Birkoff vs. Division + Alex).

I admit that the new role of Birkhoff came as a surprise to me. It really shouldn't have been, based on his past actions, etc, but it surprised me nonetheless.

Where does Percy go to the bathroom in that glass cell?

Sort of reminds me of the cell they kept Magneto in, in one of the X-Men movies. Is Percy _that_ dangerous?

They're probably just trying to make him feel better about himself. :D

I see this show got renewed for season 3. I have all of season 2 up today banked to watch. I was almost hoping the show would get cancelled. I'd use that as an excuse to not watch all these season 2 episodes. :)
I guess I have a marathon some weekend this summer.

Seriously? That's a pleasant shock...I assumed it was doomed.

I'm glad it was renewed. Much of the middle of season 2 was bad, but the last few episodes were very good.

I watched the first 11 eps of this season, but I have the rest queued up. Too much dang TV and I've been very busy with work. I'm moving them to my computer to watch during workouts. Glad to hear it's still good.

That's kind of where it is for me. I was almost ready to give up on the show, as I was finding it a struggle to want to watch (usually a sign for me that it's time to pull the cord), but the last couple of episodes were fun. Glad it's back for next year. If it's back on Friday, it might be one of my busier nights for recording. Whitney/Community/Fringe/Nikita/Real Time with Bill Maher all on Fridays.

"TEAM NIKITA" has so many members now, she has her own mini-division, or maybe, anti-division. I am very happy its been renewed!

It's a bit amusing how they keep teasing us by moving towards a recreation of the old series, and then backing away.
I can still see it happening, although I'm not at all convinced that's the direction they're actually going. So much of the dynamic has revolved around conflicts among the various characters, it's hard to see them all working together...unless they're forced into it. Percy in charge, with a strong Oversight; Amanda as his #2; Michael in charge of ops; Nikita and Alex as agents; Seymour doing tech support. And then, of course, it all blows apart after a few episodes.

Has Amanda been missing for like 2 episodes?
I thought she was one of the stars - I think she was still listed in the credits, but I don't remember seeing her.
