Weird Deal

Since the last update, my premier will go back to the intro video when I go from live TV to the menu. Doesn't happen all the time. Not a reboot, just the video. I do have 2TB drive in this, but the behavior didn't start till the latest update.

Try deleting the TiVo videos out of "My Shows".

I think hes talking about the intro video when you change interfaces or boot up the box.,you cant delete that. I believe ive heard this could either be related to using a kidzone password that ends in 0, or the slide remote dongle. are you using the slide?

No password and no slide remote.

This happens on our neighbor's Premiere since the update. Hasn't happened on any of ours. They don't use Kidzone or have a slide remote, but they do use the TiVo Wireless USB interface (we're all hardwired).

Got the message last night that I got Hulu and when I deleted the message it ran the intro video and then to the menu.
