channel 7 services

hey there...have just installed a new tivo and have no channel 7 stations.....the signal strength is fine....tried restarting the tivo but no success. Occasionally a message 'this station is not authorized' will flash up on the ch 7 station....otherwise the reception is either pixelated or mishmashed with another station....hope can assist?.....waiting by the tivo...haha!!

Try using the delete all the stations option and then rescan and see if it picks them up properly.

Hi I have too just installed my Tivo and movies are not down loading? also i am not sure how to tune in the new 11 station? any sugestions appreciated...thanks
