Where's the free TiVo wireless adaptor

Just bought a Tivo from JB Hi-Fi for $499 and want to claim the free TiVo wireless adaptor.

I completed the online activation, then received and faxed off a $50 redemption form - but no mention of a wireless adaptor.

Anyone else cracked this?

I assumed you received it in store when buying. Otherwise you could not use the TiVo till it was sent in the mail a week later. Have you asked JB about it?

See the last few pages of this thread on Whirlpool forums. The wifi adapter is supplied by the retailer. If you have issues with the retailer contact Tivo and they will sort it with your retailer if they are a authorised seller.
