Have Time Warner in Cleveland. Apparently, they've switched the HD channels from 400's to 1000's with notifying me.

Called Time Warner and they told me to re-run guided setup. So I can now view the channels in the 1000's.

However, the Tivo guide is still stuck in the 400's. Any idea on how I can resolve this?

Will have to re-enter all of my season passes once the Tivo Channel guide updates?

When Comcast did this in Houston, we did not have to re-setup our season passes. But you do need to contact TiVo support and tell them that these changes have occurred.

Hopefully, the changes are already in the pipeline and all you need to do is force a daily call.

i am in cleveland too and have time warner. the switch to the 1000's for HD happened several months ago for us (Lake County). And yes, you will need to reenter the season passes.

Go to Settings-channels-channel list-press enter for not correct lineup-Enter for advanced setup-confirm still same zip code-choose rebuild digital expanded basic :) will reset season passes.

I myself being in cleveland just had to do this. If I skipped a step in the menu I apologize not in front of tivo right now. If I did forget a step and you cant figure it out let me know and I will look at the tivo tomorrow for more specifics
