Is this forum monitored by Comcast or TIVO?

I've monitored this forum for some time and have seen many posts that seem to have nothing to do with the Comcast/Tivo offering.

1) Am I correct that the intent of this forum is the Comcast offering of a TIVO-based DVR?

2) Is this forum monitored by either Comcast or TIVO?

I've had the Comcast/Tivo DVR since it became available in the Boston area. I have a number of suggestions and would like to find a forum where they could be submitted and/or addressed. I also have found a number of bugs and would like to report them.

Merely contacting Comcast does no good as the reps merely give lip service.

This forum is for discussions of Comcast cable boxes running TiVo DVR software.

Some people ignore this or don't stop to think, and want to talk about TiVo use on Comcast cable systems.

This website is a TiVo COMMUNITY forum, not run by TiVo or Comcast.

They may look in on it at times, but they don't run it, and any visits they do make here would be without our knowing, naturally.

As for Comcast listening to customers, let me quote Lilly Tomlin, as Ernestine the telephone operator-

"We're the phone company. We don't care. We don't have to."
