I have had guide problems with HD channels since February. Tivo support seems to record only my calls since March. I have called 4 times and sent in guide issues online 3 times. Originally 6 channels were off by 3 hours. What is playing now is actually in the guide but 3 hours earlier. I still have 2 channels (841 and 847) with the 3 hour sync problem. No amount of effort has gotten this escalated. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold for 20 minute so I hung up. I have been a loyal Tivo customer since Series 1. This is the worst services I have ever seen. Apparently they pass guide problems on and just close the trouble ticket. Comcast and the guide service (Tribune?) could care less if these problems are solved.
I have a few questions
Is anyone else seeing this same crap service from Tivo? same problem?
Can I ask for a refund of my lifetime service on 3 Tivo's?
At what point is lifetime service breached?
