I have a Philips Tivo Series 1. I've rebooted, made multiple daily calls-- yet the guide is still 24 hours behind. I've checked the times on my Tivo and router and they're both correct... any thoughts?? Let me know if you need more info.
Thanks!

Check the guide on zap2it.com and tivo.com. Make sure they are correct.
Also, try rerunning the guided setup?
Good luck.

Thanks so much, I'll do that! If I have a hacked US Tivo (to work in South Africa-- which I've been using for years) will it mess anything up if I rerun the guide setup?

Sorry I should have mentioned that. The guide is going to be different from those sites since it's DsTV in South Africa.

I have no idea on that one, sorry. But knowing what the guided setup does, i don't see how that could affect the hacks. Again, don't take my word for it though.

Well try and figure out where your tivo gets its guide from. In the US Tivo gets its guide from Tribune Media Services, which runs zap2it.com. Basically I was trying to rule out that the problem was with the guide data (where ever that comes from) or the Tivo (by redoing the guided setup).

Actually, now that I know you aren't getting your guide data from Tivo, I don't know that I would rerun the guided setup. I am thinking it would mess it up. Before I was thinking that you had hacks that enabled other functionality. I am not familiar with your hack to make it work where you are. Good luck.

Thanks so much. Hopefully it'll work again soon.
