Tivo has not billed my account. I received my premiere yesterday. I ordered it with lifetime service included. The lifetime service has not been applied to my account (I'm using the 7day trial).
So my question is as follows:
Has everyone who received a tivo been billed?
If you ordered lifetime subscription is it showing up on your account?
Should I just order another lifetime subscription to activate my tivo?
Any comments are appreciated!

I would call tivo customer service.

And yes if you got the Tivo and have not been billed for it it is stealing. :D

I think you will find that Tivo did a 'AUTH ACK' on your payment method which is a HOLD which will fall off your credit card in a few days, they will follow up with a CAPTURE which will debit the amount owed for TiVo. Dont worry they havent forgotton about it.

My purchase is still pending with my bank since Saturday and my Tivo shipped on Monday.

I called the customer service number and they said to wait 48 hours for tivo to activate. But when I log on to Tivo.com/manage I don't see my new DVR as active.
If you ordered tivo directly w/ lifetime, did it come activated?

Speaking of stealing... took me 5 hours to get the tivo working yesterday. But I won't send Tivo or Comcast a bill. Don't worry I'm not trying to steal, I'm sure Tivo will bill me. :cool:

Yes. My two boxes are listed under my account prior to me receiving them via UPS.
I called the customer service number and they said to wait 48 hours for tivo to activate. But when I log on to Tivo.com/manage I don't see my new DVR as active.

I have not recieved mine yet, it's due to arrive this afternoon. However, on tivo.com it shows as already activated. I am even able to change the name already :). Of course, that won't be applied til I do GS. I ordered Lifetime with the Premiere.

Yep the Premiere is listed in my account, it replaced a previous TiVo not sure if that makes a difference

Do you have your TiVo under "Order History". What does it say there?
