Does anyone with FIOS service have TiVo premiere yet ?

The TiVo HD had a very narrow signal strength that would work on the FIOS system, so we had to add attenuators to minimize pixelation. Just wondering if they went a new hopefully better tuner.....

Most of those issues were fixed in the last software update for the TiVo HD. You shouldn't need attenuators except in rare cases now.

Of course that doesn't mean that somehow the bug didn't pop up again ;)

Many people find that attenuators hurt more than they help after 11.0d.

I'm on FiOS... have a Cable Card install on Wednesday for an M-card. I'll definitely let you know if there's still dropouts and macro blocking.

My Series 3 units here have macroblocking all over the place. It went away for a little while after the software update a while ago, but it's back and fierce as ever. I've actually been considering finding myself some signal pads as well... but this is a great opportunity to test with the new Premiere.

Im on FiOS and I haven't had any problems with the Premiere (I have 2). But I also didn't have any with my TivoHDs.
