doesn anyone think they will get their pre-orders before they are available at Best Buy? Best Buy is 2 minutes from my house, trying to decide if I should pre-order or just go there when they are released.

Amazon shows availability as April 12. It should be out at Best Buy by then I would assume.

Other sites like weaknees are showing expected shipping March 27th so who knows.

I did ground shipping since it was free, so I expect it will take a week for mine if they come from the west coast.

You will get them fastest at best buy trust me. They will be in Best Buy stores last week of March.

man, I have been wanting once since before the manual leaked out.... I decided to hold out to see what they came out with, and now I just can't wait to get one

i was told by tivo rep that the first batch shipped (if purchased through tivo directly) would be in customer hands by the first week of april. take it for what its worth.

The Best Buy in Mission Valley, CA shows the Primiere XL in stock even though people who have loyally ordered from Tivo direct have yet to received notice of the orders even being shipped. So much for customer loyalty.

Thats a little over the top. :rolleyes:

Yeah I have got to admit that I am a little dissapointed that the units can be purchased in the B&M stores BEFORE the preorders have shipped from TiVo. Of course you can get it at $100 discount direct which helps a little. Still TiVo should have shipped its preorders prior to the availablity retail.

Comma, splice, Frankly I think that's a very irresponsible post on your behalf without providing functionality to choose the type of cookie. Personally I would like to request chocolate chip. Thank You.

Same here... fingers crossed they will all ship out tonight, but as of 8pm Eastern my March 3rd order still says " Processing Order".

Maybe last out, first to arrive? :o

I dont honestly think it will matter, all orders will probably be loaded on to the same truck to the nearest distribution center.

I just got notified that the Tivo is in the mail... it's coming by UPS from Dallas.

Best Buy just shipped mine. No idea where it's coming from though as the tracking doesn't work yet. If it's Dallas then I should have them on Friday (3 days from Dallas, TX to Exton, PA) for some weekend fun.

EDIT: Whoops, just started working. Origin scan is MAUMEE, OH, so they should be here Thursday.
